Tim has a passion for helping businesses achieve and surpass their financial goals. Tim is a CPA and has held positions as a full time controller for numerous companies. In 2024, he founded The Controllership Group to provide part-time controller and CFO services for all types of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses. Tim also has an extensive background inaccounting software selection, implementation and utilization. His tax background covers a broad spectrum of federal, state, and local taxes for both corporations and individuals.
Rita Garrison, Accountant
Rita has an Associate Degree in Accounting and extensive experience as an office manager and as a full charge bookkeeper handling the daily accounting needs for a variety of businesses. I have worked with numerous accounting and other office software and is passionate about assisting small to medium sized businesses grow and thrive in their niche. She began work with The Controllership Group, Inc. in 2024, left for 6 years to work as Office Manager for Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Inc. managing their accounting function. In 2024 Rita returned to The Controllership Group, Inc. to again assist small to medium sized businesses by taking over the accounting providing freedom for the owners & senior staff to focus on generating income!
Dan OConnor, CPA
Dan has extensive CFO experience in a wide variety of industries, concentrating on small and middle-market size private and entrepreneurial companies. His diverse background includes international public accounting firm experience plus corporate financial management roles in both operations and staff functions. Having dealt with this wide spectrum of business challenges, he can quickly understand your business operations, information systems and finances. In turn, he can identify both long-term strategic approaches as well as practical day-to-day implementation of your financial functions.
Tina Sims, CPA, Partner
Tina provides back office and organizational support for many of our clients. She also manages processes for the accounting functions, timely payment of bills and month end closings for our clients where either their staff or ours is involved. She uses her knowledge and experience to ensure our clients have accurate and useful financials.
